  • In charge of general office administration work.
  • Assist in purchasing construction materials include sourcing and getting quotations.
  • Coordinate with office and site staff for requests.
  • Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum O level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Comfortable with site office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently

  • Head office and site office
