Position: Purchasing Assistant

• Location: Woodlands Link
• Working Day: Mon to Fri (830am to 530pm)
• Salary: $2400 - $2800

Requirements:

• Possesed Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Min 1 year in food manufacturing environment

Job Tasks:

1. Create a Purchase Order
2. Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
3. Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
4. Verify vendor's invoice with purchase order and delivery order
5. Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.
6. Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
7. Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
8. Communicate with suppliers on documentation like (MSDS, product spec, etc.)
9. Conduct a weekly inventory check
10. Participate in the Annual Stocktake
11. Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior
