Job Title: Purchaser & Planner We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Admin to join our team in Malaysia.
· Identify and source for potential vendors
- · Negotiate supplier contracts to secure best price, quality and delivery terms

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Process purchase orders, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
· Analyze production plans and forecast material requirements
- · Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to support production schedules

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvementsMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and delivery schedules
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Business, Supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or planning role within Engineering industry
- Knowledge on Automation & 3D Printing will be a Plus Point!
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in using MS Office and procurement software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and practices is preferred.
Salary Range: RM 5,000 - 6,000
Work location to be advised upon selected for interview.
