Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Construction Industry
• Position Title: Purchasing Admin /Sales Support Admin
• Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit) Walking distance to the company
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials/equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and monitor the purchase order schedule.
• Utilize the purchasing system with Microsoft Navision.
• Reconcile vendor delivery orders (DO) with purchase orders (PO).
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned.

• Having experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Training is provided to inexperience candidate
