- Position Title: Purchasing Assistant/ Buyer
- Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure received items meet quantity and quality standards.
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation (e.g., MSDS, product specifications).
- Conduct weekly inventory checks.
- Participate in the annual stock take.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Minimum Nitec in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, with at least 1 year of related working experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
