Job Tasks:
1. Create a Purchase Order
2. Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
3. Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
4. Verify vendor's invoice with purchase order and delivery order
5. Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.
6. Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
7. Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
8. Conduct a weekly inventory check
9. Participate in the Annual Stocktake
10. Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
1. Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
2. Min 1 year in manufacturing environment
