Purchasing Executive

Working location: Woodlands

Job Description:

• Assist to with daily ordering from the production site/ QA
• Liaise with supplier on orders, pricing, delivery
• Invoice posting, create PO/ PR, create DO, upload invoice
• Iiaise with customer service/ driver on the stock collection
• Take initiative to improve overall process.
• Forecast buying- raw material/ ingredient.
• Handle import
• Search for a substitute if the stock is temporarily out of stock

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Knowledge of supplier management, order processing, and forecasting.
• Experience with import procedures and handling raw materials/ingredients.
• Familiarity with creating PO/PR, DO, and invoice posting.
• Proactive in improving procurement processes and managing stock substitutes.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams.
