Purchasing Executive (Printing Industry) - JD1545

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3200 + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Location: East (Expo MRT)

Job Scope:

• Manage the entire purchasing process, including sourcing activities
• Identify and source alternative materials to achieve cost savings
• Collaborate with requestors to meet business objectives
• Review inventory levels, place orders, monitor order status, and ensure materials are available to support production needs
• Prepare and provide necessary reports and documents (such as TDS, RoHS, and MSDS) to fulfill customer requests
• Generate monthly reports and handle other assigned tasks as needed
• Coordinate incoming shipments and logistics arrangements with the freight forwarder
