Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Food Ingredients)
Position Title: Purchasing & Inventory Executive
Working Hours: 5 days (
- 30 AM 5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Check suppliers confirmation orders against our PO issued.- Monitoring of shipping departure and arrival dates of standard POs.
Monitoring of arrival of indent orders and sample requests.
- Maintaining the timetable of shipment arrivals.
Prepare monthly marine cargo insurance declaration.- Provide monthly ETA schedules to the guardhouse for FCL arrival.
Conduct monthly inventory checks on a selected list of stock items to ensure the accuracy of stock position.
- Liaise with the warehouse team on inventory discrepancies; rectification will follow.
Prepare a monthly clearance list for items with a shorter shelf life (after physical check).- Prepare monthly reports for the Managing Directors review and Finance.
Update SAP with adjustments on non-sales inventory issuance e.g. samples issued, damages, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience is required
Knowledge of SAP & Incoterms will be advantageous- Candidates who have prior working experience in the food industry will be an added advantage
