Summary

• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
• Salary: Basic up to $3,200 plus varible bonus
• Location: Changi
• Type: Permanent role

Job Scope

• Manage the entire purchasing process, including sourcing activities.
• Identify and source alternative materials to achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with requestors to meet business objectives.
• Review inventory levels, place orders, monitor order status, and ensure materials are available to support production needs.
• Prepare and provide necessary reports and documents (such as TDS, RoHS, and MSDS) to fulfill customer requests.
• Generate monthly reports and handle other assigned tasks as needed.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and logistics arrangements with the freight forwarder.
