Job Summary:

Service deliverables in developing web applications and proficiency in working with Excel and SQL databases.

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a web app prototype that leverages Excel for data input and manipulation, and SQL for database management.

Python Skills

• Work experience as a Python Developer.
• Expertise in popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid),
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with multi cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure etc.
• Experience with Python libraries (e.g., Pandas).
• Experience manipulating Excel files.

UI/UX Skills

• Experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, Jamstack frameworks, such as React, Angular or Vue.
• Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Optional skills: not mandatory but good to have.

• Dataiku
• Snowflake
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals with strong understanding of the DOM and browser APIs.
• Experience working with jQuery, Next.js, Nuxt.js or Gatsby.js.
• Knowledge of latest CSS conventions, and experience with preprocessors, such as Sass or Less.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the performance of the main frontend / backends of the prototype.
• Maintain frontend / backend infrastructure, monitor for exceptions in the code, and debug any faults that occur in production.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Work with business analysts to review business requirements, and Cloud Architects to ensure technical feasibility of concepts.
