We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the QA team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality
- Provide guidance and training to team members on QA best practices
- Maintain documentation and reports on QA activities and results
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in QA management in the job market context of India
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with automation testing tools is a plus
