Job Description
- Assist with MRB/NC disposition
- Validate and work with customer on RTV parts
- Follow-up with RTV parts for rework.
- In Charge of all RMA's (Return Material authorizations program)
- Maintain the Calibration program for inspection equipment and machine calibration.
- Assist with other task assigned by QA engineers, when required.
Pre-Requisites
- Previous experience within the Quality Department and/or have worked on a similar position
- Familiarity with quality programs such as calibration, document control, etc
- Strong Computer and analytical skill required
- Excellent use of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Windows
- Previous experience related to RMA, Failure Analysis, Containment, SPC is a big plus.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- 3 Years Related Experience, or working within the Quality Department
- Candidate must possess at least a Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent.
