QA Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare final reports for Incoming, In-process and outgoing processes.
• Compile and ensure timely submission of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).
• Verify external provider's documented information (Incoming or secondary processes).
• Investigate and prepare non-conformance reports.
• Implement and verify corrective actions and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Present NCR findings to Management and customer.
• Liaise with customers on Notification of Inspection schedule and Pre-production meeting.
• Conduct internal training and process improvement plan.
• Involve in quality audits (Internal or External).
• Assist QA Manager on all issues.
• Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical.
• 3 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME/ASTM/API).
• Understanding and interpretation of drawing.
• Knowledge in Welding, NDE, CMM and manual inspection will be added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
