Measure the quality performances of the organization, ie. Customers complaints, Returned materials Authorization (RMA), etc. Against set targets.
Interface with customers on products quality requirements and ensure that quality requirements are followed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support qualification of new suppliers and maintain the performance of existing suppliers.
Establish inspection criteria and set quality standards for both raw materials and finished goods and follow thorough to disposition.
Ensure timely response in 8D/CAR to customers complaints, work with cross-functional groups to close 8D/CAR with effective corrective/preventive actions.
Collect and analyze quality data using statistical control tools.
Work closely with Production and other supporting departments to ensure the production of quality products.
Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering discipline (Preferable in Quality Engineering)
At least 2-3 years experience in similar capacity
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Knowledge in SPC, GR&R, FMEA, RCA
Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
Good analytical skill with ability to work effectively
Certified internal/lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & TS 16949
