QA Engineer[Electrical and Electronic/Central area/ESG framework/ ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001]

Job Role Description
-You will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and ESG compliance within the company. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting supplier audits, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with our quality standards. You will work closely with production, procurement, and project management teams to implement and uphold quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and update the team on the latest quality policies and regulations.

Work Functions and Key Tasks

QA

Conduct regular quality testing/evaluation to rectify and fix any issues related to product functionality.

Work closely with R&D for the new product/part evaluation and generate quality evaluation report after evaluation.

Conduct multiple types of testing, including functional, performance, reliability.

Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality Management Systems, including but not limited to ISO 9001

Provide Quality Management System (QA) advice to all Businesses and drive continuous improvements.

ESG

Lead and manage ESG projects & initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate resources effectively.

Project lead in a cross functional team to ensure project schedule is executed in a timely manner and meeting project budget

Any ad hoc jobs as assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in electronic and electrical engineering

5 years operational, quality and engineering experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Good knowledge of Quality System Standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

Good knowledge of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and industry trend

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with quality assurance methods and tools

Strong organizational and project management skills to contribute to the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
