Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm) (hybrid working arrangement)
Working Location: Central
Salary Package: Up to $4,000 (with VB and AWS)
Job Description:
- Be the Quality Gatekeeper: Review system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure the team is set up for success from the start.
- Craft Bulletproof Test Plans: Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases that cover all possible scenarios.
- Drive Testing Excellence: Prioritize, plan, and execute tests, while designing automation scripts to streamline processes using state-of-the-art testing tools.
- Hunt Down Bugs: Identify, document, and track bugs meticulously-and be the hero who ensures they are fixed.
- Regression Testing Champion: Lead thorough regression tests to confirm everything works perfectly after fixes.
- Data-Driven Quality: Track and analyze quality metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts to continuously improve our testing process.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with the development and project management teams to make sure our testing efforts contribute to smooth SIT/UAT cycles.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest testing tools and strategies to ensure our testing processes are always top-notch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Tech stack: Java, Junit
