Job Responsibilities : - Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively allocate resources to meet project objectives.
Serve as the lead for a cross-functional team, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.- Conduct regular quality testing and evaluations to detect and address any product functionality issues.
Work closely with R&D teams on evaluations of new products and components, producing thorough quality evaluation reports.
- Perform various testing types, including functional, performance, and reliability tests.
Manage and lead ESG projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's sustainability goals.- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems, such as ISO
Provide guidance on Quality Management Systems (QMS) to all business units and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred 5 years of experience in operations, quality, and engineering within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with expertise in quality assurance techniques and tools.
* Proficient knowledge of Quality System Standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
