Job Summary:
The QA Executive is responsible for ensuring that the educational standards and processes at Integrated International School meet or exceed established quality benchmarks. This role involves evaluating and improving the school's policies, procedures, and educational programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to foster continuous improvement. The QA Executive will work closely with staff, and management to implement effective quality assurance practices and enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain the schools quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with international education standards and regulatory requirements, including EduTrust certification and CPE regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor the quality of educational programs and services.- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement within the schools operations and educational processes.- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement improvement plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make further adjustments as necessary.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the school.
- Data Management and Analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to educational outcomes, student satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Serve as a point of contact for quality assurance-related inquiries
- Work closely with accreditation bodies, educational authorities, and other relevant organizations to maintain and enhance the schools accreditation status.
- Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, audits, and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation required for accreditation and regulatory purposes.
Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an educational setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of international educational standards and regulatory requirements.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software/tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- In-depth knowledge of EduTrust certification and CPE regulations.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in an international school environment.
Familiarity with accreditation processes and bodies.
- Advanced degree or certification in Quality Management or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CPE regulations and be familiar with EduTrust, ensuring that the Integrated International School maintains high standards of educational quality and compliance. They will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence within the school.
