Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ESG projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they align with corporate sustainability goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively coordinate resources to meet objectives.- Serve as the project lead in a cross-functional team, ensuring that project schedules are executed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular quality testing and evaluation to identify and fix issues related to product functionality.
- Work closely with R&D teams for new product/part evaluations and generate comprehensive quality evaluation reports.
Conduct various types of testing, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.- Ensure compliance with all relevant Quality Management Systems, such as ISO
Provide Quality Management System (QA) advice to all business units and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Strong organizational and project management skills, contributing to the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
5 years of operational, quality, and engineering experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quality assurance methods and tools.
Good knowledge of Quality System Standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Solid understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and industry trends.
