A European safety equipment manufacturer is looking for a QA Manager to lead and continuously enhance Quality Management System (QMS) in line with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and improve QMS to meet regulatory and class approval requirements.
- Lead quality initiatives, perform audits, and manage audit outcomes with corrective actions.
- Conduct incident investigations and provide clear, concise reports.
- Train and develop staff on quality processes and tools, enhancing quality awareness.
- Manage budget for QMS projects, training, and third-party audits.
- Ensure licensing and certifications are current for Singapore site and products/services.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain operational and HSE standards.
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience in Aerospace industry
- With Safety Management System (SMS) training certificate
- Certified ISO/ AS Lead Auditor with CAAS M10/L11/L12 qualifications
