Extract listing of works orders from Town Council system and select samples for QA review
Verify validity and compliance of submitted samples with contract documents.
Conduct site inspection with the respective town council officers and verify works against specifications / measurements in the corresponding works order for accuracy, compliance and ensure no duplication of works
Confirm findings with the town council officers and managers
Document works done and discuss findings with QA Manager and ensure all items in the works order have been duly reviewed or otherwise explained
Input QA findings using MS Office tools
Provide clarification or additional information at the Closing Meeting to aid discussion or as response to a query
Carry out follow-up review of remedial actions taken by Town Council Business Units
Checking of works order reports generated by the system for compliance
Assist QA manager to take note of the town council officers who required attention in their areas of weakness
Job Requirement
Diploma in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering or Real Estate
Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience. Graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply
Candidate to possess specific knowledge relating to building services, maintenance & repairs
Candidate with town council working experience will stand an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team
