Perform incoming, intermediate and final product quality check - physical, sensory and chemical analysis on product
Compare findings with specifications to ensure conformance
Ensure operational activities are according to established SOP's and work instructions
Assist in pest control and fumigation follow-up including pre-checking and post-checking of stocks
Assist in regulatory documentation checking, updating and filing
Assist in internal and external quality audit, check and inspection
Cross-departmental coordination in product checking and testing
Issue, compile and track all non-conformance reports, including proposing remedial action for any non-conformance jobs, customer issues and complaints relating to quality
Liaise with external parties on calibration of equipment and lab testing
Prepare and check on samples for customers
Monitor incoming and outgoing containers to third party warehouse
Arrange for daily collections of products from third party warehouse
Requirements
No experience needed as training will be provided
Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment
