QC Inspector / Technician

Responsibilities:

. Perform FAI and sampling plan inspections as per AQL

. Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production or manufacturing process, including in-process and final inspections

. Perform In-house equipment calibrations

. Maintain documentation of all inspections and potential issues

. Assist with problem resolution

. Handling customer complaints and Internal NCR

Job Requirements:

. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or certificate / Nitec precision Engineering / GCE O level

. Manufacturing precision Engineering or machine shop experience preferred

. Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge in GDT

. Knowledge of CMM measuring equipment minimum 1year

. Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometres, calipers, Trimos height gauges, pin gauges , thread gauges

. Knowledge of Statical Process Control is ad added advantage
