QC Lab Assistant/Technician (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Tuas)

Job Title: QC Lab Assistant/Technician (ID6002)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm
Salary: up to S$3000

Job Description:
-To perform sensory evaluation, chemical and microbiological analysis on raw materials and products.
-To perform routine environmental hygiene tests
-Understand sampling plan and methods of sampling and carry out raw materials and products sampling according to sampling plan.
-Preparation of laboratory culture media and reagents.
-Preparation of samples upon request by customers and/or external lab testing purpose.
-To tabulate and record all testing results and data into the provided inspection form and master list.
-Maintain good housekeeping of the laboratory and equipment.
-Carry out routine inventory checks on laboratory consumables, media and reagents.
-To inform HOD on lab inventory status to purchase necessary items and equipment for analysis.
-Report to HOD if any non-conformance found on raw materials and products.
-To keep retained raw material and product samples according to production date for future reference in case any quality dispute from customers.
-To file analysis records, external lab test reports and other documents in a timely manner..
-To assist HOD on other related duties.
-For Senior QC Lab Tech, he/she will be the leader to assist and guide other lab technicians.

Requirements:
-Min. GCE O Level (chemistry and biology)
-Some knowledge and experience in laboratory work.
