QC Technician (Automotive/ West)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicles in maintenance and repair at the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with the brand's quality standards and specifications.
• Confirm that all repairs adhere to repair orders and guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports for all repairs conducted.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of repairs.
• Identify recurring issues or potential problems and communicate findings to the workshop team.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors to address customer concerns or inquiries.
• Conduct test drives with customers to identify and clarify technical issues.

Requirements:

• Experience as an automotive technician or quality control technician.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
