Duties:
- To perform in-process quality inspections during production
Operate the CMM machines to perform quality checks- Calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment
Prepare Incoming & Outgoing QC Reports and Customer Portal Submission
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods
Ensure goods met specifications, internal and external customers requirements- Assist QA team to meet management objective
Manage escalation of urgent issues related to IQC and suppliers
- Cover fellow QC technicians inline
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Experience in using CMM Machines to do quality checks advantageous
Experience in QC functions advantageous
- Experience in working in Precision Engineering advantageous
* Calibration experience advantageous
