Job Summary:To provide technical support to the solutions sales group. Successful candidate will work with the sales team in a presales role to develop and position solutions involving products from Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm and other security system portfolio. The candidate also needs to articulate and demonstrate the proposed solutions, and position products relative to completion.
Work closely with the sales team as well as others business partners in articulating solutions to customer
- Gather technical requirement, develop cost effective design, solutions and presentation to customer
Work closely with the sales team in responding to tender, RFPs and RFQs- Prepare and create security design documentation, bills of material and estimates of costs
Establish good relationship with customer
- Write the scope of work for the proposals
Work with solutions sales on any modifications or revisions as needed- Develop compliance matrices and other project documentation
Attend pre-sales and post-sales scope review meetings
Related Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred or a combination of solid skills and experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with security or ICT systems
Ability to read and understand schematic/line/riser diagrams and floor plans- Strong knowledge in electronics and electrical codes, computer networking and general PC
Strong organizational, written and verbal skills, troubleshooting and critical thinking
