Manage and lead the QS team in contract documentation, management, tender to achieve the project requirement.
- Manage tendering process, analyze and evaluate of tenders.
Responsible to set up, implementing and monitoring project cost plans.- Attend Site Briefing before tendering the project.
Drive the identification of new client opportunities in assigned industry verticals to help achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials Obtaining subcontractor's quotation for various trade.
Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission.- Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview
Monitoring progress and liaising with the vendor.
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission.
Preparing final accounts and Document Control.- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
Establish business contacts and information gathering channels for the collation and broadcast of market/client intelligence to the various account teams.

- Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in ID industry.
- Able to guide and develop less experienced teammates
Local working experiences in construction industry would be advantage.- Knowledge of all Tender portals will be an advantage.
Skills proficient in AutoCAD and MsOffice.
- Knowledge of interior design works including government, commercial and retail projects
