QS Manager (Tender/M&E/Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFQs, clarify opportunities, and manage risks
• Prepare and submit compliant tenders (technical, quality, risk)
• Lead commercial and financial management (quotations, cost estimates, profit margins)
• Collaborate with project teams and management
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Ensure successful project handover and execution

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in quantity surveying or it's equivalent
• At least 5 years related working experience
• Able to lead a team
• Good interpersonal skills
