Job Description & Requirements
- Quantity Takeoffs: Preparing detailed measurements and calculations of materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Cost Estimation: Estimating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment based on quantity takeoffs and market rates.
- Contract Administration: Reviewing and analyzing construction contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Payment Evaluation: Assessing contractor claims and payments to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Change Order Management: Managing changes to the project scope, including cost implications and contract modifications.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in Civil/LTA project is a plus
- Able to work independently.
