Job Responsibility: -- To backup QAM as authorized certifying staff ( CAAS & EASA ) to issue ARC as a single point failure.
To support QAM to acquire certification CAAC (DKA ), to expand china local market sales and to meet minimal requirements from Airline customers requests to get ISO Certified.- To support the daily activities
Update, review QMS documentation to ensure compliance (Quality Manual, procedures, WOI, Instruction, etc )
- Assist during an external audit.
Assist in analyzing follow up on the external/internal audit findings.- Issuance / checking/ signing CAAS
Analyses reject parts, arrange MRB.
- Update ASL, the supplier evaluation result
Handling supplier or subcontractor audit, SQQ- Prepare Q Score/ IQC / OQC monthly reports.
Arrange for materials testing.
- Conduct training for QA staff & inspectors
Perform Supplier evaluation and assessment.- Lead in process and procedures continuous improvements and business excellence initiatives
Maintain audit records and manage/track/follow-up on associated corrective action.
- Reports directly to the Quality assurance Manager and assist him on all QA/QC activities.
Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of AS 9100 & ISO 9001 quality management system.- Have at least 3 years experience of aviation in the quality department related aviation environment.
Intermediate information system skill level. ( SAP is an advantage )
- Computer literacy proficiency in Microsoft excel and words
Able to read technical drawings- Able to work with all internal/external parties
Strong team player
- Self-initiative characters are an advantage ( Self-learning, self motivate and passion in works )
