The Quality Divisions focus is to develop and maintain and effective and optimal Quality Management System that ensures compliance to the AS9100 Statutory and Regulatory Requirements across DSOs engineering services and solutions.

Quality Assurance Engineer
In this role, you will:
Perform the role of a lead auditor for Internal Quality Audits (projects, process, and facility), review and accept auditee's Root Cause Analysis, proposed corrections, corrective action & preventive action.
Identify process implementation gaps, analyse underlying root causes and drive process improvements
Identify process gaps in Subject Matter Experts processes and propose mechanisms that are in line with their practices on the management of failure, non conformances as well as project document templates development
Lead and participate in the development of new processes to ensure integration and consistency with existing processes & effectiveness (e.g. Calibration process)
Provide guidance to staff on the interpretation of QMS requirements and audit techniques
Contribute new ideas, develop materials & conduct training, workshops to promote quality culture in organization, clarify policies, provides advice and guidance to projects to address implementation issues
Requirements
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering / Quality Engineering
Good understanding of relevant certification standards including ISO9001, AS9100, relevant military and industry standards
Knowledge in Project Management and Systems Engineering
Possess Systems thinking, analytical and problem solving skills (e.g. FMEA, FTA, RCA)
Knowledge of IMT Calibration Systems, procedures etc.
Familiar with quality requirements of production and manufacturing
Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, QMS requirements and implementation
Team player able to work with multi-disciplinary teams across divisions
Ability to work independently
Has a creative mind and is able to generate ideas and initiatives
