Assist in the implementation and management of HACCP and all QA-related programs
To oversee the compliance of the MUIS Halal Certification Conditions and rectify any non-compliance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, facilities, outlets, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and updating process flow, SOPs, and product specifications
Ensure and maintain hygiene standards for food handlers and the outlets premises
Assist in investigating product quality incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence
Responsible for the equipment calibration program
Assist in product evaluation, shelf-life monitoring, batch sampling, and computing of results
Engage and liaise with external laboratories for product and environmental hygiene tests
Perform sensory evaluation tests and product prelaunch-related testing
Assist in all internal and external audits
Lead the planning process to meet operational goals, including forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to create efficient workflows.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or relevant (Fresh graduate may apply)
Preferably with related experience in related food manufacturing industry
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000 and its requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels staff (Communication also means working effectively with workers from different ethnic)
Responsible, analytical, effective team member and possess good problem-solving skills
Have the mindset of food safety aspects as priority
