Responsibilities
- Policy & System Development: Design and implement robust quality assurance policies and systems, overseeing their organization-wide adoption and effectiveness.
- Quality Framework Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of a quality system and governance framework to support the training transformation at SMRT Institute.
- Quality Assurance Management: Oversee quality assurance activities and accreditation processes across the organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular evaluations of quality assurance policies and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to achieve higher standards.
- Accreditation & Certification Expertise: Develop and manage processes for accreditation and certification of learning products and services, guaranteeing compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Eligibility Assessment: Analyse and assess learning products and services against established internal and external accreditation standards to determine eligibility for certification.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in a Quality Assurance, Education, Training & Development, or relevant field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, training development, or a similar role.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance systems, preferably in a training or educational setting.
In-depth knowledge of accreditation and certification processes within the education and training industry.
Experience with database administration, database architecture, or information technology.
Skills
Great attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
