Overview:
The Kemin Graduate Development Program nurtures talents who have high potential and excellent performance to move horizontally/vertically in the organization in the future. The Management Trainee will participate in training programs to develop both functional and leadership skills. By participating in the training program, the candidate will learn different aspects of a Business Unit. During the program, the trainee will work on meaningful projects, learning new skills including project management, employee supervision, and meeting facilitation to achieve goals. A diverse set of responsibilities will be assigned by the Senior Quality Manager and/or R&D Director to facilitate professional growth.
You will be a member of Kemins dedicated and highly effective Quality QA/QC team. Your skills and knowledge of quality processes, assurance and control will be fundamental to support our quality programs. Your contribution to quality management system [FAMI-QS; ISO9001:2015 & ISO17025:2017], product and process quality, root cause analysis and continuous improvements will help Kemin provide quality and safe ingredients to our customers in the animal nutrition and health industry.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing quality control and quality management systems.
Monitoring and analyzing trends and quality performance.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Collaborating with Research and Development & Process Engineering teams to bring new products to the market and implement controls and improvements in the manufacturing shopfloor.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or process issues.
Developing corrective-preventive actions, solutions, and improvements.
Reviewing product specifications, procedures and processes.
Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customers requirements.
Conduct raw material assessments on potential risks as well as due diligence on quality and regulatory requirements.
Initiate, run and implement Continuous Improvement Projects for Quality Team in collaboration with other departments.Qualifications:
Qualification: Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology or Engineering (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply) from a reputable university/academic institution.
Experience: Industry internship on a technical project and/or prior experience in the laboratory and manufacturing sector would be good.
Personal qualities: Team player with initiative and problem-solving and innovative mindset. Excellent writing and communication skills. Analytical, observant and meticulous. Independent and thrive on challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects concurrently and very task-oriented to achieve stipulated deadlines for projects.
