Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and tests on welded, metal, and machined components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify welding defects and ensure proper welding techniques are used.
- Utilize various inspection tools and equipment to measure dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Record and document inspection results and prepare inspection reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in mechanical engineering or it's equivalent
- At least one year related working experience
- Possess a valid Welding Inspector Certificate (CSWIP)
- Experience in Machining, Metal stamping, fabrication
- Knowledge in auditing skill for ISO9001
