Desription:
- Achieve Quality Assurance goals by conducting regular call reviews and flagging potential risks to management.
- Review 15 closed sales calls daily for the General Insurance Team.
- Serve as backup for call reviews related to Auto Insurance.
- Immediately report any calls with potential quality issues (e.g., misrepresentation, fraud) to Management.
- Prepare, track, and send Quality Assurance reports to UOB management and team, including NMD, Service Quality Monthly, and Penalty Points Table.
- Monitor the status of all Quality Assurance cases from start to finish, providing timely updates to management.
- Attend weekly meetings with management to discuss discrepancies and propose solutions for improvement.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Good to have BCP and PGI certificates
