MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFIC (90%)
Perform repackaging of products i.e. paste a barcode label onto each unit of the product.
Perform deblistering of product i.e. remove tablets/capsules from the blister.
Top up finished product (i.e. the product where barcode labels have been pasted) into storage bins in barcode pharmacy
Clean and disinfect table top, sides and base of top of workstations before primary packaging for each drug.
Clean and disinfect the deblistering machine according to Omni-Comm Deblistering Machine Standard Operating Procedure for National Healthcare Group.
Clean and disinfect ATDPS according to Omni-Comm ATDPS Standard Operating Procedure for National Healthcare Group.
Clean and disinfect tablet counting machine according to competency checklist.
Perform cycle count and stock take in pharmacy store and barcode pharmacy.
Pick products for top-up into Omnicells cabinets
Assist Quality Control Technician to perform cycle count, checking for expiry dates and housekeeping for Omnicell.
Count the physical stock and verify the quantity against SAP Goods Issue Slip when stocks are received from store weekly.
Place order ancillary products e.g. containers, labels, zip-lock bags by weekly monitoring of stock balance against par level.
Monitor quantity of ATDPS finished product buffer stock and order from Quality Control Technician to top-up to par.
- Return stocks to Store or vendor for short expiry date or drug recall and fill the Goods Return Form.
Fill the Adjustment Form for excess loose tablets from repackaging of original bulk bottles.
- Plan the products for production for each day.
