In this role, you will:
- Job shadow / On-job training with the team to understand cable manufacturing and testing process
- Be involved in QC tests (Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control/Out-going Quality Control)
- Prepare technical reports based on customer's required specification
- Develop and implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs
- Be closely involved in one or two projects relating to QC team's productivity or digitalization efforts
Job requirements:
- Strong attentiveness to details as QC data requires accuracy
- Takes initiative in leading a task and will proactively check in when in doubt
- Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/ or process optimization is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Comfortable in working with data
