Responsibilities:
- Quality Compliance: Develop and implement methods to guarantee product excellence, lead change controls, investigations and CAPA plans.
- GMP Adherence: Maintain and update SOPs to meet GMP standards.
- Validation: Create and execute protocols to ensure consistent product quality.
- Project Management and Leadership: Lead multiple projects, manage priorities, and participate in quality improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher in science, pharmaceutical engineering, life sciences, chemical engineering, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology or medical devices.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and QC laboratory operations.
