As a Quality Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining cleanroom cleanliness, while also coordinating and implementing various quality requirements to ensure a high-quality and stable production environment. Additionally, you will lead and participate in establishing preventive measures and effectively manage commission priorities to meet quality, stability, and efficiency goals for customer audits.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Manage airborne particle programs to comply to ISO requirements
• Perform analysis, including follow-up and troubleshooting for OOC/OOS events
• Ensure data accuracy and monitor performance metrics
• Lead cross functional team (from manufacturing, equipment, process, facilities) identify gaps and enhance processes using zero defect standards.
• Lead a team who is responsible for data collection and ensuring compliance with audit requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Materials Engineering, Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor process
• Possess knowledge and experience in Tableau, Power BI, and JMP
• Familiarity with basic semiconductor manufacturing and production processes reliability and test environment
• Strong leadership skills and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• High degree of self-initiative and ability to think and act independently
• Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Possess ability to work under tight timeframes and prioritize competing activities
• Exhibit patience and initiative when working with team members.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and soft skills with a growth mindset.
