- Collaborate with all internal departments and suppliers to foster a quality-focused environment aimed at achieving zero-defect products.
- Lead and work with the MRB team on OSV activities to address supplier requests before initiating any RMA/RTV processes.
- Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to effectively manage supplier line rejections.
- Work closely with suppliers to expedite the return of defective products, follow up on disposition and FA reports, and coordinate with internal departments such as SCM, Quality, and Process.
- Ensure zero defects in quality on hand and manage aging periods effectively.
- Support parts localization and collaborate closely with the factory RD and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quality or Engineering.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Skilled in handling customer complaints and resolving quality issues with both internal and external departments.
- Ability to provide constructive solutions and advice to the team.
- Willingness to participate in conference calls outside of office hours if needed.
