Develop and implement the organization's overall quality management strategy.
Establish quality objectives aligned with the business goals and ensure adherence to international quality standards (ISO, EN, IEC, ASTM)
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IMS.
Ensure compliance with relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001or industry-specific standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using WCM, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and latest quality tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformances and reduce defect rates.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments, and implement improvement plans
Oversee in-process and final product inspections to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) tools to monitor production quality
Ensure compliance with all relevant international and local regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain certifications and compliance audits ISO, WCM and GMP.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in PV glass quality system setup and operations with significant achievements in the same field
Implementation of Manufacturing Excellence, Six Sigma, IMS, GMP
Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with Solar/float Glass Plant
