Quality Inspector (CMM) (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Tuas)

Job Title: Quality Inspector (CMM) (ID4595)
Location: : Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope
1. To perform regular and timely quality inspections including dimensions & hardness as applicable on all incoming materials, engineering plastics, metallic and elastomers products.
2. Perform documentation review of incoming materials, engineering plastics, metallic and elastomers products.
3. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations and ensure proper part segregation.
4. Prepare and support incoming compound test for review & approval.
5. To ensure that the requirements of the documented quality system are adhered too and work produced complies with drawing and specifications.
6. To perform production 1st piece inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection records.
7. Ensure all measuring, monitoring and testing equipment are in working condition and within calibration period before usage.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior quality leader / senior quality engineer.

Education / Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Personality
. Min. Nitec in any field or equivalent minimum 2 years of working experience in QA/QC/manufacturing environment.
. Experience in Oil & Gas and rubber manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dimensional and hardness inspections in Oil & Gas Industry
