Quality Manager (Experience on metal or plastics injection moulding / 12 months overseas posting)

Responsibilities

. Implement advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield.

. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.

. Lead initiatives to integrate and improve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process.

. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.

. Drive initiatives to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance overall process capability.

. Implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.

. Take the lead in addressing and improving customer-reported quality issues.

. Compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field advanced degree preferred.

. Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.

. Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.

. Available to travel and be based at company's factory sites at least 12 months for the year.
