Job Description

Quality and Safety Management

  • Establish and maintain Quality and Safety systems.
  • Develop and enforce manufacturing standards (e.g., GMP, traceability, sanitization).
  • Monitor quality standards, ensuring process efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation for quality audits.
  • Evaluate compliance with Quality and Safety systems across the supply chain.
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Lead crisis management for significant quality issues.
  • Create and uphold QA compliance standards.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to control materials, facilities, and products.
  • Oversee Quality Control operations, enforcing strict quality standards.
  • Lead investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.

Required Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years in Quality, Process Improvement, or Manufacturing.
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in packaging.
  • Proficient in Quality Management, GMP, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Expertise in quality systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven crisis management experience.
