Position Overview:
As a Quality Management Intern, you will assist our Quality Assurance team in establishing and maintaining the ISO 9001 QMS. You will gain hands-on experience in quality management principles, documentation practices, and continuous improvement processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about ISO standards and contribute to the development of our quality management framework.
Responsibilities:
. Support QM Documentation: Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of QM documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
. Data Analysis: Help analyze quality data and metrics, generate reports, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
. Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by participating in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and effectiveness reviews.
. Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating audit logistics.
. Training Support: Aid in the development and delivery of QM training materials and sessions for employees.
. Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
. Project Assistance: Work on special projects related to quality management and process optimization as assigned

Requirement:
. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Basic understanding of quality management principles, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, statistical analysis) is preferred.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
