JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field and a valid surveyor certificate
- Min 3-5 relevant working experience in SINGAPORE
- Excellent Mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse disciplines, such as engineers and architects

- Material Costs
- Allocate Work To Subcontractors
- Identifying Commercial Risks
- Prepare Contracts And Documents
- Provide Advice On Contractual Claims
- Developing Documents That Track Costs
- Reporting And Account Preparation
- Employment Contracts And Timetables
- Cost Of Projects
- Selecting And/or Sourcing Construction Materials
- Budget Reports
- Value Completed Work And Arranged Payments
- Advise On A Procurement Strategy
- Analyse Progress And Write Detailed Reports
- Analysing Construction Blueprints
- Cost Control & Cost Benefit Analysis
- Negotiate With Contractors And Subcontractors
- Oversee And Ensure Compliance With Standards
- Planning, Estimating And Managing Cost
- Prepare And Analyze Costings For Tenders
