Responsibilities

We are looking for a Front Office Quant Dev who will work in a small team to build and maintain our in-house Go based crypto derivatives trading infrastructure. This candidate will work closely with traders to fulfil business needs as they arise and support the requirements of running a trading firm.

Being the point contact for technical support & troubleshooting
Working closely with DevOps to ensure system robustness & reliability
Storage, control/communications & reports enhancements
Identifying bottlenecks, measuring performance and optimizing/crafting code
Project scopes might cover
Derivatives pricing,
Market/credit/liquidity/technology risk tools
Trading analytics, execution algos, trading signals
New trading products
Exchange integrations & optimization

Requirements

3 - 5+ years of relevant experience
Mid-level, independent, self-motivated, detailed, scientific/quantitative mentality. Able to work in a fast-paced result-focused trading floor env.
Experience of structured development in a formal programming language (ideally Go or if not, then C/C++)
Experience with Linux and building trading systems development. Working knowledge of FIX, websocket and REST.
Some knowledge of time series database and message streaming technologies is useful.
Good understanding of financial markets. Some understanding of derivatives pricing theory is useful.
